Background
The contract is for Security Officers and Screening Equipment at NPS, NCR - Wolf Trap National Park (WOTR) for the period of performance from 05/01/2023 to 10/31/2028. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide seasonal audience screening and security services during performing arts, education, and related cultural programs at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. The tasks include providing and maintaining all management, supervision, staffing, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files necessary to accomplish unarmed Security Officer Services. The security officers' assignments include screening of individuals and packages, access control, roving patrols, visitor management, pedestrian safety, and using screening equipment such as Walk-Through Screening Detectors (WTSD) and Hand-Held Screening Wands (HHSD).
The contractor must comply with the written or oral direction of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) acting within the scope and authority of the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 05/01/2023 to 04/30/2024. There are also option years from 05/01/2024 to 10/31/2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NPS, Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts (WOTR), located at 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182.
