Security Guard Service at STLI   2

The NPS anticipates soliciting and awarding a single award, labor hour contract for security guard service at the Statue of Liberty National Monument, NY and Ellis Island, NJ (STLI). The Contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files necessary to accomplish security guard services and monitoring of all security systems at STLI. The contractor security guards have a crucial and highly visible role in support of NPS's mission. They are expected to work closely with U.S. Park Police and NPS representatives throughout the duration of the Contract. Projected NY Guards: Total 126,782 Hours/year Projected NJ Guards: Total 35,602 Hours/year Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or after April 29, 2021. The tentative due date for proposals will be approximately 30 days after RFP is issued. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference/site visit will be hosted on or after May 12, 2021. The Statement of Work, Specifications, and all other supporting documents, will be made available with the RFP.
