Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition (AQ) office anticipates the issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Kuwait. The purpose of this contract is to provide stevedoring and related terminal services at Kuwait.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Kuwait. The contract is expected to be a single, fixed rate schedule Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance from 15 July 2024 through 14 July 2029, with an optional 6-month extension through 14 January 2030. Proposals will be evaluated using the factors identified in the RFP, and award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
