Background
The solicitation is for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for Port Operations and Related Transportation Services (PORTS). The contract includes a 5-year base ordering period from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2029, with additional optional ordering periods extending to 30 November 2034. The Government anticipates holding a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on 25 October 2023.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) according to Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Invoicing shall be in accordance with Appendix A of the PWS. Rates will be negotiated on a task order basis. The contract also includes a minimum guarantee of USD $2,500.00, which shall only be invoiced within the first 12 months of the contract if the Contractor has not been offered sufficient S&RTS totaling USD $2,500.00.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a 5-year base ordering period from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2029, with additional optional ordering periods extending to 30 November 2034.

The place of performance is at various destinations including SDDC-IM (DCS FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT), BENJAMIN R. EICHENLAUB, SDDC-IMA, Scott AFB IL 62225.
