Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army, specifically the 836th Transportation Battalion, to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at various primary Ports of Debarkation/Embarkation in Australia. The mission of this contract is to support the import and export of United States Defense Transportation System (US-DTS) sponsored military cargo. The goal is to ensure efficient and effective handling of military cargo at designated ports.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing stevedoring services at the following primary ports:
- Port of Darwin, Northern Territory
- Ports of Gladstone, Rockhampton (Port Alma), Point Wilson, and Townsville in Queensland.

Additionally, the contractor must have the capability to provide S&RTS at any other secondary SPOD/E's throughout Australia as identified. All tasks must be completed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include loading and unloading military cargo, securing cargo for transport, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations in Australia including but not limited to Port of Darwin, Gladstone, Rockhampton (Port Alma), Point Wilson, and Townsville.
