Rock Creek Park, a 1,754-acre park in Washington, DC, requires landscaping services for the repair and maintenance of stormwater structures and pervious pavement to ensure functionality and sustainability.

Work Details
The contractor will perform landscaping services for approximately 4.5 miles of pervious trails and parking lot pavement at Rock Creek Park and Fort Reno Park, covering an area of about 228,400 square feet.

Tasks include:
- Conducting visual inspections of pavement quarterly;
- Cleaning debris and sediment;
- Drying out moist areas;
- Using lime mortar mix to kill moss if observed;
- Vacuum cleaning surfaces;
- Mulching;
- Maintaining and repairing stormwater structures and pervious pavement on a monthly basis.

The contractor must ensure all work conforms to the District Department of Energy & Environment's Stormwater Guidebook for Permeable Pavement Systems.
