Background
The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (RRCNCA) is a popular visitor destination within the Bureau of Land Management, known for its scenic drive, hiking trails, and climbing destinations. The contract is for pest control services to control and remove animals deemed a public health and safety hazard in and around public facilities, including insects, rodents, spiders, snakes, and scorpions. The contractor must comply with the Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 555 and employ certified applicators.

Work Details
The services include pest control at the Red Rock Canyon NCA Visitor’s Center Building in Las Vegas, NV. The contractor is required to perform pest control services in accordance with the Statement of Work and comply with specific regulations outlined in the Nevada Administrative Code. A site visit will take place on 4/23/2024 at 3:00 PM PST.
The contract also includes options for additional years of pest control services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 05/01/2024 to 04/30/2025, with options for additional years up to 04/30/2029.
