Background
The solicitation is for janitorial services at the Neosho National Fish Hatchery in Neosho, Missouri. The contract is a 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (EDWOSB), and it will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Wage Determination 2015-5085 for Newton County.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform janitorial services during office hours, including cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting restrooms, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness in specified areas. The contractor must use environmentally preferable products and services as mandated by federal programs. Additionally, the contractor must inform the government of any unusual conditions observed and comply with security restrictions related to building access, keys, and telephone usage.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period is from 02/01/2024 to 01/31/2025, with up to four option years available. Cleaning supplies will be provided by Neosho National Fish Hatchery. Contractors must be able to provide cleaning services on selective weekends listed in section 6.2, Work Schedule, on page 3 of SOW.
