Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for janitorial services at the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District in Minnesota. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive cleaning services for two buildings within the district, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors. This contract is set aside for small businesses, specifically targeting women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services for the following locations:

1) HQ facility located at 18965 County Highway 82, which encompasses 12,332 sq.ft. plus an additional 4,100 sq.ft. that requires cleaning once a month;

2) Visitor Service Building located at 602 State Highway 210 E, covering 5,360 sq.ft.

Services include regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The contractor must also comply with the Department of Labor Wage Determination applicable to Otter Tail County, MN. A site visit is recommended to understand the scope of work and facility conditions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin on April 1, 2026, and will run through March 31, 2031. This includes a base year of one year with four optional renewal years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
