JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGION LOCATED IN GERING and SYDNEY,   3

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: Janitorial Services at WAPA's Gering, NE and Sydney, NE Facilities. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures [or FAR Subpart13.5] are being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720; Size Standard is $19.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about November 23, 2021, at the following site: https://beta.sam.gov/.
Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.
Contractors must provide all requirements of this solicitation (See Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors), INCOMPLETE QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
