JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR FORT SAM HOUSTON NATIONAL CEMETERY AND HOUSTON NATIONAL CEMETERY   2

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to answer questions received from prospective offerors in response to this solicitation. Question 1: Who is the incumbent for this contract? Answer 1: The Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery is being serviced by Design Build Consortium under contract VA786-15-C-0015 and the Houston National Cemetery is being serviced by ZLynx Enterprises under contract VA786-15-C-0006. Question 2: What is the value of the existing contract? Answer 2: The Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery s contract is approximately $26,000 annually. The Houston National Cemetery s contract is approximately $40,000 annually. Question 3: Confirm that bimonthly duties are every two months. Answer 3: That is correct. Also stated in the solicitation as, every other month . Question 4: What is the frequency of services required? Answer 4: Frequency of services are provided in Section 6 of Attachment B and Section 6 of Attachment D. The Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery requires services (7) days a week. The Houston National Cemetery requires services (5) days a week.
