Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services at the DSW Gila Substation and Yuma Service Station. This includes but is not limited to:

- Regular cleaning of all office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas;
- Waste disposal;
- Floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming;
- Window cleaning;
- Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.

The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as executive orders related to commercial products and services. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that any antiquities or wildlife on site are preserved according to federal law.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is a base year with four option years, allowing for continued service contingent upon satisfactory performance.
