The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 561720 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $16,500,000.00 ($16.5 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Waldorf, MD; Greeensburg, PA; and Dover, DE. Provide labor, equipment, and material to provide janitorial services.
