(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26118Q9459 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This acquisition is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $18 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please provide a fixed monthly rate for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide JANITORIAL services for the VA RENO Health Care System in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package.
