GRTE - Kelly Snow Removal Services   2

Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Contracting Operations (ConOps) Central, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office (NR MABO) is seeking capable contractors to provide snow removal services for the Kelly area of Grand Teton National Park. The solicitation is a sources sought notice (SSN) issued for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a request for quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. The NPS is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept any unsolicited quotes.

Work Details
Snow removal services are required for the Kelly area of Grand Teton National Park, specifically from paved roads in the Town of Kelly, WY. The snow removal includes specific roads such as N. Main Street, E. Third Street, Little School Road & Budge Lane (connected loop), Mill Street, Easy Street, and Shortcut Street. The contractor is expected to perform snow removal in a manner comparable to that of the Wyoming Highway Department of Transportation and in a manner acceptable to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Grand Teton National Park (GRTE). The total distance to be plowed during each occurrence is approximately 1.3 miles. The required service times are from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Sunday.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is approximately from November 15 to April 15 annually.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the Town of Kelly, WY within Grand Teton National Park.
