Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking capable contractors to provide snow removal and plowing services for the Granite and Trailhead areas of Grand Teton National Park. This initiative aims to ensure safe access for visitors engaging in winter activities such as skiing and snowshoeing, as well as maintaining access to private roads and residences during winter conditions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for snowplowing services on a 1-mile segment of the Moose-Wilson Road from the Granite Entrance Station to the Granite Trailhead. Services include:
- Removal of snow from the traveled portion of the road and associated parking lots, comparable to Wyoming Department of Transportation standards.
- Snow removal must occur upon an accumulation of 2 inches, between 4:00 am and 9:00 pm, as often as necessary to ensure safe travel.
- Sidewalks, doorways, entryways, and ramps must remain accessible without being blocked by snow berms.
- A maximum snow floor depth of three inches is allowed; during thaws or rough conditions, this must be bladed down to one inch.
- The contractor must supply and maintain snow stakes before ground freezing and remove them by April 30.
- Inspections are required before the start time to prepare for plowing operations. If the contractor fails to meet work standards within three hours of the start time, NPS reserves the right to hire alternative resources at the contractor's expense. Safety measures must be adhered to during plowing operations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin on November 15th and run through March 15th each winter season.

Grand Teton National Park, specifically along the Moose-Wilson Road from Granite Entrance Station to Granite Trailhead.
