FY26 HOAL Facility & Grounds Maintenance

Background
The Horace Albright Training Center (HOAL), a unit of the National Park Service, manages all property within its land assignment in Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive facility and grounds maintenance services for four locations: three lodging facilities and one training facility.

The services aim to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a safe, reliable, and fully operational condition for year-round training, housing, and administrative use.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to maintain facilities and exterior grounds in a safe, functional, and presentable condition. Services include:
1) Preventative maintenance such as flushing systems, greasing motors and bearings, clearing condensate drains, cleaning coils, checking couplings, gaskets, fixtures;
2) As-needed services including snow and debris removal; down or hazard tree removal; replacing lights and appliances; door/window/floor repairs; facility system repair; replacement and installation of parts and fluids;
3) Compliance with applicable federal, state, local regulations, NPS policies, and industry standards. All work must avoid disruption to training programs and park operations. Contractor personnel must complete the HSPD-12 clearance process for access.
