Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Fort Totten Agency is responsible for operating a correctional facility and providing food for inmates. The facility is located in Fort Totten, North Dakota, and is designated for adult inmates. It lacks a full kitchen or kitchen staff.

The OJS is committed to providing nutritional and healthy food that meets or exceeds Tribal and nationally recognized standards in a safe and sanitary environment.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish three nutritious meals per day, including special dietary requirements, to be delivered by the Contractor. The services must comply with industry standards, including the latest U.S. Food & Drug Administration Food Code.

The Contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, supervision, and other items required to deliver food services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Estimated meal quantities for a 12-month period are:
- Breakfast: 14,880
- Lunch: 14,880
- Dinner: 14,880
- Sack Lunch: 100. This estimate does not guarantee that these quantities will be ordered or that conditions affecting requirements will remain stable.

Period of Performance
Base Year: February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027; Option Year 1: February 1, 2027 – January 31, 2028; Option Year 2: February 1, 2028 – January 31, 2029; Option Year 3: February 1, 2029 – January 31, 2030; Option Year 4: February 1, 2030 – January 31, 2031.
