FL-CRYSTAL RIVER NWR-JANITORIAL SERVICES - Option

Background
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is issuing a contract for janitorial services at the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge Complex. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities within the refuge, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for visitors and staff. The contract includes a base year with options to renew for additional years, contingent upon the availability of funds.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific areas to be serviced include:
- Refuge Headquarters (3 separate buildings and boathouse bathroom/showers)
- Three Sisters Springs Restrooms
- Chassahowitzka National Wildlife Refuge Maintenance Shop.

The contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in compliance with specified duties and developing an effective quality control program to ensure service standards are met.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin on January 1, 2025, with a base year of 12 months and options for three additional 12-month periods.
