Custodial Services, Elevator, and HVAC Maintenance   2

Background
The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service is seeking to procure custodial services, HVAC and elevator inspection, testing, and maintenance for the Guy Bradley Visitor Center located in the Flamingo District of Everglades National Park.
This contract aims to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of the facilities, which is vital for supporting visitor services and maintaining safety standards.
The contract will be a multiyear agreement consisting of a 12-month base period with an option for an additional 12-month period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive custodial services and maintenance for the following:
1. Custodial Services: Daily cleaning operations including cleaning protocols, product selection (preferably green-certified), scheduling, and quality control processes.
2. HVAC Maintenance: Preventive maintenance plan that adheres to manufacturer specifications and environmental standards, ensuring timely response to service issues.
3. Elevator Inspection and Testing: Regular inspections and testing in compliance with ASME, OSHA, and local authority requirements, including thorough documentation and reporting procedures.
4. Fire Protection System Maintenance: Inspections, testing, and servicing of fire protection systems as part of overall facility safety measures.

Period of Performance
09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026 with an option year from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027.
