The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites
qualified offerors to submit quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) NAFUA1-
26-Q-0003 to provide two (2) new campers at the Defense Logistics Agency Installation
Management San Joaquin 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Bldg. 101, Tracy, California.

All questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST), December
30 , 2025 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) is seeking qualified offerors to provide new campers for the DLA Installation Management San Joaquin.

The goal of this contract is to enhance recreational opportunities for military personnel and their families by supplying high-quality camping facilities.

The contract involves the delivery of two (2) new campers with the following specifications:

1. **Item 0001**: One (1) new 2025 Jayco Jay Feather Micro (or equivalent) or newer.
- Length: 20' 2"
- Exterior Height: 10' 6"
- Dry Weight: 3,735 lb.
- Total Sleeping Capacity: 5
- Fresh Water Capacity: 55 gallons
- Grey Water Capacity: 30 gallons
- Black Water Capacity: 30 gallons
