SYNOPSIS: TAM is soliciting for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) award for runway repairs and construction work. This project will be constructed within Ali Al Salem Airbase (AASAB) in Kuwait. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to a prime construction contractor.
