FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 dated 09/23/2022 and DFARS change notice dated 09/29/2022. This purchase is being solicited as a full and open competition. This NAICS code is 316210 and the size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is for a Running shoes and ruck boots BPA brand name or equal as stated below. This solicitation will result in a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA's) being fulfilled and paid by monthly calls utilizing a Government Purchase Card (GPC). Planning and coordination for running shoe fitting will be accomplished by the customer and the associated BPA vendor.

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing both contacts with your responses to: Tommie Low (Primary Contact) at tommie.low.1@us.af.mil and Amanda Mateo (Secondary Contact) at amanda.mateo.2@us.af.mil no later than 8:00 A.M. CST, 06 December 2022 - Tuesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. All questions will be due by 8:00 A.M. CST, 29 November 2022 - Tuesday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The Government plans to award multiple BPA's. The contractor must submit Attachment 2. Please enter pricing in Column D.
