RTWS Partial Termination for Convenience -Contract Support Services

Background
The contract is associated with the Defense Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) under the Department of Defense (DOD).
The primary mission of DITMAC is to enhance national security by addressing insider threats through effective management and analysis.
The goal of this contract is to provide contract support services that facilitate improved strategic planning and daily operations for the DITMAC team.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide non-personal support services, including specialized expertise in human resources, facilities management, executive operations, and IT Systems Analysis.
Specific tasks include:
1. IT Support for the User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Program and Publicly Available Electronic Information (PAEI) Program, which involves formulating system scope, analyzing user needs, developing program requirements, documenting functional requirements, supporting development activities, and assisting in oversight processes.
2. Additional technical and management IT systems support services such as developing policies and procedures for information systems, conducting training sessions, providing project management support, and delivering user training.
3. Monthly status reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) detailing highlights, changes, risks, recommendations, completed activities, planned activities for the next month, project financials, and performance measurements against requirements.

Place of Performance
The contract work will primarily be performed at various locations including Arlington, VA; Pentagon; Quantico, VA; and Fort Meade, MD.
