RTI Raw Subsistence for June 2025

Background
The solicitation is issued by the United States Property and Fiscal Office for State, specifically for the Regional Training Institute (RTI) located at Camp Umatilla, Hermiston, Oregon. The mission of the RTI is to provide military courses in support of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for the delivery of raw subsistence. Deliveries must occur between 0900 and 1500 hours on scheduled days as outlined in Technical Exhibit 2.

The contractor must comply with all installation regulations and ensure that deliveries are made to BLDG 5046 at Camp Umatilla. Specific requirements include:
- Delivery of raw subsistence as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Compliance with safety and security regulations while on the installation.
- Familiarity with installation protocols including identification checks and vehicle searches.
