RT with Mammography Certification Services

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing this solicitation for Radiologic Technologist with AART Mammography Certification Services for the White Earth Health Center (WEHC) and NTW Clinic. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of qualified personnel to perform essential radiology services, thereby supporting the healthcare needs of the community served by WEHC. This contract is set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE), emphasizing the agency's commitment to supporting Indian-owned businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide personnel to perform non-personal Radiologic Technologist services with AART Mammogram Certification. The services include:
- Conducting all general imaging exams such as chest, head, abdominal, spine, upper and lower extremities.
- Independently performing standard examinations while maintaining high accuracy in positioning and exposure.
- Maintaining records and image files of patients examined.
- Utilizing fixed Radiography, mammogram, and bone density units.
- Providing coverage Monday through Friday, excluding federally recognized holidays, for a total of 5 days per week consisting of 8-hour shifts. The contractor must supply up to three Registered Radiologic Technologists (RT) with AART Mammogram Certification to cover these shifts at WEHC and NTW Clinic.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year plus three one-year option periods, totaling four years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the White Earth Health Center located in Ogema, MN.
