Background
The Russellville Site Office is responsible for managing parks along the Arkansas River, which serves multiple purposes including flood control and recreational activities.

This contract aims to provide tree maintenance and hazardous tree removal services within the jurisdiction of the Russellville Site Office, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform tree maintenance and hazardous tree removal.

Specific tasks include:
1. Performing tree maintenance and hazardous tree removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Maintaining a clean worksite during and after operations, ensuring all debris is disposed of off government property at the contractor's expense.
3. Completing all required services within specified timeframes while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
4. Establishing a Quality Control Plan to monitor compliance with contract standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure quality service delivery.

Period of Performance
Base Year: July 01, 2025 or date of award whichever is later through June 30, 2026; Option Year I: July 01, 2026 through June 30, 2027; Option Year II: July 01, 2027 through June 30, 2028.
