The purpose of this amendment is to add the requirement of a site visit on July 15th 2021 at 10AM at Maumelle Park, B Section Restroom, 9009 Pinnacle Valley Road Little Rock, AR 72223. The contact for this site visit is Jennifer Hoban at 501-340-1747. Attendance at the sitevisit is mandatory to bid. The solicitation closing date has been extended to August 3rd 2021 at 2PM.

Contractor shall provide new septic system including all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as described herein and as indicated on the drawings.
