Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded firm fixed price contract N00019-21-C-0080 to Armtec Defense Technologies for production and delivery of RR-198/AL & RR-199/AL Chaff Countermeasures.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(f) (2) (E), as referenced in the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-4, "International Agreement," it is hereby determined that the proposed contract action may be negotiated without the justification described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3.
