RQI-GO Manikin eLearning and Certification Platform

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a contractor to provide RQI-P GO CPR Simulation, Competency Sustainment, and Learning Management Services. This contract aims to support the continuous improvement of resuscitation skills through a partnership with RQI Partners, LLC, which includes the American Heart Association and Laerdal Medical Corporation.

The goal is to implement an enterprise commercial off-the-shelf solution for decentralized CPR skills sustainment and competency verification for healthcare personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform RQI-P GO CPR Simulation and Competency Sustainment Services. Key tasks include:
1) Providing portable RQI-P GO simulation stations for decentralized clinical locations;
2) Sustaining Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) competency through low-dose, high-frequency training;
3) Offering learner analytics, reporting, and electronic credential sustainment;
4) Maintaining operational readiness of CPR competency systems and learning platforms.

The scope includes commercial CPR simulation services, competency sustainment, analytics, software licensing, implementation services, and equipment support.

Period of Performance
One 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
Washington, DC.

Bidder Requirements
Contractor personnel must possess demonstrated experience supporting RQI systems or equivalent healthcare resuscitation training platforms. Personnel performing installation or technical support must have manufacturer-authorized training or certification where applicable.
