RPFO-WILDLIFE GUZZLERS
This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 140L4026Q0019 is issued as a request for quote WILDLIFE GUZZLERS. This acquisition is set-aside for total small business concerns. Quotes must be in accordance with the instructions detailed in this section. Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent s quote not being considered for award.
Quoters shall submit the following information in its entirety:
Complete and Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, including price
Signed Acknowledgment of all amendments
Evaluation Required Information
Offerors must submit your quote referencing the solicitation number. Quotes must be received via email to lashondra_hubbard@ios.doi.gov no later than June 16, 2026, 9:00 a.m., Central Time. Quotes shall remain valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the specified offer due date. Late quotations will not be considered for award. Award will be made on an all or none basis.

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Albuquerque District Office - Rio Puerco Field Office (RPFO) is seeking to purchase wildlife guzzlers for use in west central New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to provide essential water sources for wildlife in the region, thereby supporting local ecosystems and wildlife populations.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following items:
- 8 each of DT-650 Wildlife Guzzlers with a capacity of 650 gallons, dome top rain catchment system, and escape ramp.
- 2 each of DT-300 Wildlife Guzzlers.
