SUBJECT: Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Industry Day

1. The RPA O&M Industry Day is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, 17 Aug 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 180 Regal Way, Newport News VA 23602 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This location is subject to change, and any change will be posted to to FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Industry Day session begins at 9:00 a.m. As space is limited, we request that you limit the number of individuals attending to a maximum of three (3).

2. Following the group Industry Day session, individual conferences will be available for those offerors interested in conducting a one-on-one session with the Government. We anticipate 45 -minute individual sessions on Wednesday, 17 Aug 2016, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The one-on-one sessions will be held at the HQ ACC AMIC in the 3^rd floor DRX conference room located at 11817 Canon Blvd, Suite 520, Newport News, VA 23606. Each 45-minute individual session is available by appointment on a first-come, first-served basis for the period of 17-18 Aug 2016. We ask that you limit individual session discussions to RPA O&M specific contracting and program issues. If you would like to schedule a one-on-one session with Government representatives, please send your request via email to accamic.rpa.recomp2016@us.af.mil no later than Wednesday, 10 Aug 2016. In your request, please include your company name, a list of attendees, their email address and telephone number.

3. During the group Industry Day session the Government will provide information and answer questions regarding the RPA O&M requirements and acquisition. Written questions will be accepted at Industry Day; however, government representatives may be better able to answer the questions if they are submitted prior to Industry Day. Points of origination for questions will not be made public; only the questions and Government responses will be discussed at Industry Day and posted to FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov upon conclusion of the event. Questions and responses shall be used as part of the Government's continuous information exchange in an effort to adequately and appropriately state the service requirements for RPA O&M. For all questions submitted, please note whether you want it addressed during the open Industry Day session or during your one-on-one session. If an interested party believes its questions are proprietary, please annotate such in the title and body of your email so that your questions and the Government's responses are not publically discussed during Industry Day or posted to FedBizOpps. If you would like to submit questions, please send them via email to accamic.rpa.recomp2016@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 05 Aug 2016.

4. All requests to attend Industry Day must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, 10 Aug 2016 to accamic.rpa.recomp2016@us.af.mil. Your request should include your company name, email address, telephone number, and list of attendees.
