Amendment 0001 is issued on 28 June 2023 to revise Section 00 22 16 - Procedures for Submittal and Evaluation of Offers for Phase One. Paragraphs 6.1.3 and Paragraph 6.2.3 for Collaborative Approach for Design-Build are deleted from the Submission Requirements and Evalutation Criteria and the subsequent paragraphs are renumbered. Please refer to the attached file for this amendment.

Proposals will only be allowed from those Offerors that were determined to be the most highly qualified following Phase I completion and letter notifications.
