Work Details
The Contractor shall provide office space with the following minimum characteristics:

- Located in Rowan County, Salisbury, NC;
- Office Space: Minimum of 1,300 square feet, Maximum of 2,000 square feet;
- Office space for 7 people (5 FSA and 2 NRCS) including 4 private offices (3 FSA and 1 NRCS) and 3 workstations;
- Storage room/area of at least 250 square feet;
- A conference room large enough for at least 7 attendees;
- Available for a base year of 12 months with four possible option years;
- Meets International Building Code requirements for office space occupancies;
- Complies with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements;
- Sole access for USDA FSA and NRCS without sharing with other tenants;
- Functional exterior door locks for security;
- Parking for 5 visitors, 7 employees, and 2 government vehicles with pull-through parking for customers with trailers;
- Access to telephone and internet service.
