SUBMIT QUOTE VIA EMAIL NOT LATER THAN JULY 6, 2023; 2:30 P.M. TO Sheryle.wood@fletc.dhs.gov. Ensure submission is received prior to closing date and time established for receipt of quotes.
In response to this combined notice, vendors must include the following:
1. Standard Form (SF) 18 with pricing for product (Include place of manufacture and estimated shipping schedule). The SF18 should include vendor name, complete address, phone number, and Contractor's SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number. Ensure to sign and date this form.

2. Complete paragraph (f), sign and date Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) 3052-209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates (Jun 2006) last page of this RFQ.

3. Brochure/picture/description of product being quoted if other than product requested. Products offered must be USA manufactured products.
