Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior NAVFAC EURAFSWA MACC/IDIQ awards held by **Sociedad Espanola De Montajes Industriales** under contract **N3319123D9000–N3319123F4400** (09/14/23–07/06/26) valued at **$483,548**, with work focused on installation of thermal/moisture protection and solar systems. The broader related prior IDIQ support for the same Iberian Peninsula locations (including Naval Station Rota and Moron Air Base) also shows the same awardee performing ongoing construction tasking such as renovations, repairs, alterations, demolition, and maintenance—consistent with a continuation of Category II–IV incidental construction services under a replacement JOC.
