Roosevelt CBOC

Background
The Roosevelt Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is part of the Department of Veterans Affairs and serves veterans primarily residing in Daggett, Duchesne, and Uintah counties of Utah. The goal of this contract action is to ensure continued patient care for veterans by providing necessary clinic services. The incumbent contractor, CRAssociates, Inc., is identified as the only source capable of fulfilling these requirements due to their unique qualifications and established presence in the area.

Work Details
The contract will cover a fixed-price three-month base period from January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026, with an option for an additional three-month period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. It is estimated that approximately 810 veteran enrollees will visit the clinic each month during this period. The services provided are essential for maintaining continuity of care for veterans in the region. CRAssociates, Inc. has the necessary staff, systems, and facilities to deliver specialized services without delays. The justification states that no other sources can provide these services within the required timeframe due to the need for fully credentialed staff and suitable facilities that meet Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of three months from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, with an option for an additional three months from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. There is potential for extension until December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Daggett, Duchesne, and Uintah counties of Utah.
