Roof Top Unit Removal and Installation

Background
San Felipe Pueblo Elementary School is a Bureau-Operated School that serves grades K-8. The school provides Native American youth the opportunity for a quality education and the school’s vision includes providing a safe and healthy environment disciplined by adherence to Native American cultural values and practices whenever possible. The mission of the BIE is to provide quality education opportunities from early childhood through life in accordance with a tribe’s needs for cultural and economic well-being, in keeping with the wide diversity of Indian tribes and Alaska Native villages as distinct cultural and governmental entities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the removal of existing Roof Top Units (RTU-4 & RTU-5) and the installation of two new Roof Top Units at San Felipe Pueblo Elementary School. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, management, labor, materials, equipment, storage, travel, and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the work. The work also involves providing all labor, materials, accessories, HVAC, and related services necessary for the removal, disposal, and complete installation as required to make projects complete in all detail and in compliance with BIE’s specifications and manufacturer’s installation instructions.
