Solicitation Notice

The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Construction Services for the Construction Services for Roof Repairs in Almeric Christian Federal Building and US Courthouse, St Croix, USVI.

Issuance of this Solicitation does not warrant that funds are presently available for award of a Contract. Award of the contract shall be subject to the availability of appropriated funds, and the Government shall incur no obligation under this Solicitation in advance of such time as funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for the purpose of contract award.

This Solicitation will be issued as Total Small Business Set Aside. The procurement will be competed utilizing Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the Small Business Administration size standard of $45 million dollars in annual receipts averaged over the last three (3) completed fiscal years.

1. Please note, a Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Google Meet on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 10:00 a. m. (EST). Registration is required to participate in the virtual pre proposal conference. Please see the Solicitation solicitation document for registration information.
2. A physical Pre-Proposal Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 10:00 a. m. (EST) at the Almeric Christian Federal Building and US Courthouse, St Croix, USVI.
