Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a facility, Distance Measuring Equipment (DME), that provides navigational aids to aircraft, which has sustained damage to the roofing materials as a result of several wind events.

Work Details
Furnish all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and supervision to perform the following work: 1. Remove rotted wood exposed on underside of soffit around entire perimeter. 2. Treat remaining wood with rotted wood restorer. 3. Replace wood to fill voids using 2’x6’ boards beneath roofing material around roof perimeter. 4. Coat/treat visible rust on decking with rust restorer when roofing materials are removed. 5. Remove and replace approximately 18’x6’ of modified bitumen roofing material that has peeled up in heavy winds on one section of roof. 6. Remove and replace approximately 9’x40’ of modified bitumen roofing material that has peeled up in heavy winds. 7. Provide and install .040, white, pre-finished aluminum fascia around entire perimeter of roof. 8. Provide and install a Silicone Overlay roofing (applied with roller) product on: (a) Roof: Modified Bitumen (fine gravel impregnated) - Approx. 4200 sf.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be 21 days.
