Roof Asset Management Services   2

The USPS intends to award a nationwide Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Roof Asset Managment Services. This will benefit the Postal Service with a multidimensional contract focused on maintaining USPS's roof assets with preventative maintenance, extending roof life, and improving purchasing methodologies for roof repairs and replacement.
The contract will have a base term of two (2) years, with four (4), two-year options for a total not to exceed ten (10) years.
If the evaluation process leads to the award of one (1) contract, the contract value will be established at $50 million per year for a maximum contract value, and if all options are exercised, the total contract maximum will be $500 million.

If the evaluation process leads to multiple awards, contracts awarded will be scaled (equally) in a manner consistent with the overall maximum value of $500 million.
In furtherance of paragraph c. of Provision 4-8: Pre-Proposal Conference, offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least 5 days before the conference via email to Jim Fisher at james.a.fisher@usps.gov. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference. Subsequent to the conference, the Postal Service will distribute to all conference participants and all other prospective offerors a record of the conference containing an abstract of the questions and answers, and a list of attendees. If warranted, an amendment will be issued to reflect changes to the solicitation.
