This RFQ (RFQ1583709) is an extension under RFQ1570918. To those interested parties who submitted their quotes under RFQ1570918, no further action is required. To those interested parties who have not submitted a quote under RFQ1570918, submit quotes under this RFQ (RFQ1583709) by the RFQ close date on August 30, 2022 by 12:00PM PT. This RFQ is for Operation & Maintenance and Vertical Transport Equipment (OMVTE) services at the Ronald Reagan Federal Building (CA0295ZZ), 411 West Fourth St., Santa Ana, CA 92701. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of the buildings listed in solicitation. The current contracts are under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 501, AFL-CIO and Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Wage Determinations # 2015-5645, REV. 20, dated 02/15/2022, and 1986-0431, REV. 57, dated 04/04/2022. As such, the BPA awarded from this RFQ will be to subject to the CBA and SCLS wage determination and any revisions for the life of the BPA. **This a 100% total set-aside for small business concerns** Included in the RFQ are documents that contain instructions and requirements pertaining to this RFQ. Please pay close attention to sections B, K, L and M of the solicitation as well as these sections pertain most of the instructions. Section M has the Evaluation Factors that each contractor must meet to be eligible for award, please review this section to have a full understanding of the Evaluation Factors. Please ensure ALL ATTACHMENTS are downloaded in order to understand and be compliant with all of the RFQ requirements included in these documents. A site visit is being provided on July 26, 2022 at 10:00AM PT to allow all interested parties to view the building and site conditions. Please review section L.2 - PRE-QUOTATION CONFERENCE / SITE VISIT for specific instructions to include the requirement to RSVP.
