The proposed contract action is made under the terms of an existing contract M0068117p0008 that was previously synopsized in sufficient detail.

The requirement is for Roman Catholic Priest Services. This requirement is viewed as full-time.

1) Any vendor awarded this contract will need to have a CAGE Code. All interested parties would be well advised to start the processes expeditiously. Assistance can be obtained as identified in the attached CAGE Code document.
2) Based on marketing research, the Government has based its government cost estimate to be inclusive of ALL of the following:
a) The business expenses associated with normal business operation such as taxes, taxes preparation, professional training, required attire, travel cost, health insurance , retirement, office supplies, equipment etc

b) Salary commiserate to a San Diego County GS11/GS12 federal hire (Reference https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/salaries-wages/2016/general-schedule/New AMS endorsement is required.
