NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE:

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to Rockwell Collins Inc. to provide hardware, software, installation and support of Rockwell Head-Up Guidance System (HGS) 6000 for the Boeing 737 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) for the AFS-400 Flight Technologies and Procedures Division and the AFS-430 Flight Research and Analysis Group technical refresh programs located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Abstract: Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
