Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of ROCKWELL COLLINS 721S radios, software, and accessories. It is a brand name requirement, and alternate products will not be considered. The contract is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside with a proposed NAICS code of 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing. The agency anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The agency reserves the right to cancel the RFQ before or after the closing date.

The specific products to be delivered under the contract include: ROCKWELL COLLINS – 721S-3C 270-3148-033, 118-512 MHz, no RCU; ROCKWELL COLLINS – ECCM HQ I/II Part# 270-3148-220 HaveQuick; ROCKWELL COLLINS – ECCM Saturn Part# 270-348-0280 SATURN; ROCKWELL COLLINS – RCU-720 Part# 270-3148-066 Mount in RT; ROCKWELL COLLINS – Slide Kit Part# 270-3148-300 19”. The offeror's proposal must conform to the required CLIN structure and meet the minimum salient characteristics listed within the attached Specifications Sheet (SPECS). A firm fixed price delivery order is anticipated.

Period of Performance
The RFQ due date has been extended from 19 September at 0900 MDT to 20 September at 1600 MDT.
