      1. Program requires laboratory equipment to be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and recommendations. Only Roche can maintain and perform service on instruments manufactured and sold by Roche within the 48-hour timeframe required by BRRAT lab in order to meet FDA/QMS requirements. No other vendor has trained personnel with appropriate knowledge and skills to work on Roche instrumentation to satisfactorily meet the laboratory's needs to perform Laboratory Response Network procedures..
