Roche LIAT Maintenance Service   2

Background
The Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System (FNCVAHCS) is part of the Department of Veterans Affairs and is seeking service and warranty coverage for Government-owned Roche LIAT PCR Point of Care analyzers.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that these analyzers are maintained in optimal working condition across various clinics in the Fayetteville and Wilmington areas, as well as surrounding Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) under VISN 6.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive service coverage which includes:
- Service, labor, parts, transportation, tools, and repairs for Roche LIAT PCR Point of Care analyzers located in all Fayetteville and Wilmington Coastal Clinics and surrounding CBOCs.
- The contract will cover specific Cobas LIAT analyzers with serial numbers listed in the Statement of Work.
- Telephone support must be available 24/7 for troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- On-site service must be provided within 24 hours of a service call, with repairs performed during normal operating hours unless otherwise arranged.
- All necessary repairs must comply with manufacturer specifications and federal regulations.
- The vendor is responsible for providing all replacement parts at no additional charge.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting from May 7, 2026, through May 6, 2027, with four one-year options extending through May 6, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations including Fayetteville and Wilmington Coastal Clinics and surrounding CBOCs in VISN 6 under station 565.
