This is an announcement to advise of an upcoming Industry Day at Robins Air Force Base to discuss and see two (2) projects:

Advance Battle Management System (ABMS) Operations Facility: this is a 2-story steel frame, masonry exterior facility, approximately 58,000 square feet. The entire facility is designed to be constructed to SCIF(ICD 705) standards with applicable sound attenuation, and related security features. It includes a data center for operations functions, planning, training and support. It also includes redundant HVAC, backup generator power, multiple communications networks, and all interior furnishings. All typical infrastructure and site improvements are included. Also included is new medium voltage electrical service from the most northwest existing substation on Robins AFB routed approximately 2 miles around the north end of the runway. The construction site will be required to be secured with Air Force monitoring of personnel access/egress.

ABMS Family of Systems (FoS) Maintenance / Logistics Facility: This is an approximately 185,000 square feet facility for the maintenance and related support to the aircraft resources involved in the ABMS mission. It includes four(4) maintenance bays, two large, two small proposed as pre-engineered metal structures. These bays will have environmental controls. Also included are supporting maintenance shop and supporting administrative/planning functions. The facility includes redundant HVAC, backup generator power, multiple communications networks, and all interior furnishings. All typical infrastructure and site improvements are included. The construction site will be required to be secured with Air Force monitoring of personnel access/egress.

Pre-registration is not required but adding your name to the interested vendor list is appreciated. One project is anticipated to be unrestricted with the other project holding some potential for small businesses. You know your capabilities therefore all attendence encouraged.
