Road Maintenance - Aggregate for the Homochitto RD, MS   2

Background
The Homochitto Ranger District, part of the USDA Forest Service, is seeking contract action for their FY 26 Road Maintenance program. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and repair of roads within the district, which is essential for accessibility and safety in the area. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully perform road maintenance tasks. Specific services include:
1. Blading of aggregate surfaced and non-surfaced roads (~192 miles).
2. Spot surface repair on aggregate surfaced roads (~496 cubic yards of pit run aggregate).
3. Spot surface repair on aggregate surfaced roads using crushed aggregate (Type #4, #57, #610, B-Base or similar) (~350 tons).
4. Provision of rip rap rock (100-200 lbs) (~14 tons).
5. Mowing along roads (~232 miles).
