Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of road gates at Tully Lake in Royalston, MA. This project aims to enhance the infrastructure at Tully Lake, which serves as a flood control project. The contract is set aside for small business vendors.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to remove and replace ten (10) single arm road gates at the Tully Lake project. The existing gates are made from various materials including approximately 3" square stock and 4" round stock, with spans ranging from 13' to 20'. The work includes site preparation, removal of old gates, installation of new fabricated gates, and ensuring proper cleanup and waste disposal post-construction. All work must comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers safety standards and environmental regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance will commence upon Notice to Proceed and extend until December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Tully Lake Dam located at 2 Athol-Richmond Road, Royalston, Massachusetts.
